Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Australia (all states and territories)
• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom

Please note: Some remote areas may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Australia

*Same day delivery available in select metro areas for orders placed before 12pm AEST.

International

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

You can also track your order by:

• Logging into your account and viewing order history
• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Contacting our customer service team

5. Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Attempts

• Carriers will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
• If delivery fails, your package may be held at a local post office or collection point
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 14 days

Safe Drop / Authority to Leave

If you'd like your package left in a safe location (Australian orders only), you can provide specific delivery instructions at checkout. Please note:

• We are not responsible for packages left as requested that are lost, stolen, or damaged
• Some carriers may not offer this option for high-value orders

6. PO Box & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to:

• ✅ PO Boxes (Australia Post)
• ✅ Parcel Lockers (Australia Post)
• ✅ Business addresses

Note: Express shipping may not be available to PO Boxes in some areas.

7. International Shipping Notes

Additional international shipping information:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
• Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
• Tracking may be limited once the package leaves Australia

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Damaged Package: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Lost Package: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), contact us to open an investigation.

We work with carriers to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

9. Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address?

• Before shipping: Contact us immediately at support@vantagebeautyandcosmetics.com. We'll do our best to update the address.
• After shipping: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request a redirect (additional fees may apply).
