Refund & Returns Policy

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

At Vantage Beauty & Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for most products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Free samples or promotional items

This exclusion does not apply if the product is faulty, not as described, or you have another right to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

4. How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@vantagebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorisation

We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Pack Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging. Include your RMA number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA). We recommend using tracked shipping.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) or a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:
