Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your payment details are never stored on our servers.
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your email address or order number to see the current status of your order.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vantagebeautyandcosmetics.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
